Covenants. ACC Guidelines, & Submitting ACC Requests
Homeowners are encouraged to review the below acc guidelines and covenants.
Any changes to your property appearance should follow these documents. All Requests should be submitted to the ACC for review and approval.
Covenants
Covenants govern and regulate the community with the ultimate goal of protecting or improving property values.
Architectural Appearance Guidelines
Governed by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
A set of standards for architectural or exterior property modifications or improvements that homeowners must follow.
Making external changes to your home?
You must complete an ACC request in our PayHOA system for approval. Once logged in you will see Requests, then select the radial for Architectural (ACC) Request and follow directions.
