Sawnee serves the Northern Georgia area including Forsyth, Fulton, Dawson, Lumpking, Cherokee, Hall, & Gwinnett.

Water

Forsyth Department Water & Sewer serves our area. Note, we do not have sewer in our neighborhood, we are all on septic. The county does not plan to put our neighborhood on sewer.

Natural Gas

There are multple companies to choose from for natural gas in your home. Some include, Georgia Natural Gas, Gas South, Scana Energy, and Constellation.

Trash

Trash is not included in our annual dues and should be arranged on your own. Currently, there are two trash companies that service our area; Legacy Disposal & Red Oak Sanitation. For local waste drop off visit FoCo Waste Haulers.
