Check the time you are using the gate. Hours of all gate entry are 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. If you are using within this time frame and still cannot enter send an email here.

Send an email here. Please note there is a $50 fee to replace your key fob.

Visit PayHOA and submit a pool party request.

Visit PayHOA to submit your payment for your annual dues.  If you do not have an account you can email us here.

Visit PayHOA select Requests, select Architectural (ACC) Request, select new submission, follow the directions. If you are doing a large amount of items please break them up into separate requests. This will allow you to get started with the easily approved items first. (break-up paint, roof, door, windows, major landscaping, trees, etc.)  

Please send us an email including your address and the landlord name indicating you would like to be included on email updates.  

Sawnee takes care of these requests.  Submit the request to them https://www.sawnee.com/report-streetlight Note: there is a Pole number on all of the lights, if you can see it please have that available for your submission otherwise have the address where the light is near.
