Ivey Walk Neighborhood was completed around 1996 and consists of 94 beautiful homes. A peaceful quiet neighborhood perfect for any age resident. Tennis courts, pool, fenced in the field with gazebo and a children's playground.
Because we are small.....
Ivey Walk is a fully self managed HOA. We do not outsource to a HOA management company. The board is made up of Ivey Walk Residents who volunteer to carry out all of the duties required of a HOA.
